Golden Potato Achievement Bug?

Is the achievement "golden potato" still obtainable? I've tried at least 3 times in the past 3 weeks trying to get it.

I've even tried playing beginner, normal and suicidal....no achievement when I unweld that door and enter the room :-/

Cant get it anymore I think, because the ARG is long over.

Last week, even though I already have it, I tried to help friend get it a few times and it never worked.

It would be silly for it to be unobtainable now, especially if the room and potato are still in aperture.

All but two of the ARG achievements got removed soon after the promo. Why would these remain and be unattainable?

I can understand that about the x-mas achievements as we know for sure christmas will happen again. But portal 2 can only be released once

Anyone from TWI with some insights on this issue ?

According to Yoshiro, all the ARG content was rolled back, so its likely that those achievements are no longer available, like the Nube Tube one.

Kinda lame, all achievements should still be attainable and simply reworked to be KF based achievements, replace them with Killing Floor themed items. Like this for example:

all i know is KF (for some reason) is one of the only games that i actualy WANT to get 100% achievments for and i didnt get a chance to get the Uber Tuber achievement.

now i didnt check to see if the achieve is still listed and still counts towards the 100%, but im gonna be friggin pissed if it is and i get to see 99% completed on my achievements because of it......

As someone who missed this achievement the first time and was very grateful to get a second chance to achieve it, I endorse this. If people think it's "whining" then TWI can just limit it to April Fools again, or something. I don't think it's unreasonable to want to be able to get 100% achievements.

I think Yin made a great case for all the achiev-junkies we are.
I have nothing to add. It's just common sense ffs.
I just hope the TWI staff will one day truly understand us.
