Perk exp loss... again

Hi there,
I have once again been suffering from issues with the online profile system 'losing' my progress.
I posted previously in the Mac support forum for this problem but to no avail (see: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.co...573#post738573 )

I carried on playing since this incident and proceeded to level my medic, support and sharpshooter perks. I made decent progress over several days, making doubly sure i was playing whitelisted servers and resetting my game to ensure the progress was being saved in my profile, never playing for too long at any time in case i lost exp due to the same problem (whatever it is).

So yesterday I finish playing, support levelled to 3, medic 2 and sharpshooter halfway to level 4 (I also had firebug 2/3 of the way to level 1 but i'm less worried about that). Again disconnecting, quitting the game, restarting to check on my profile... all good.
So I come back to play this afternoon and lo and behold support and sharpshooter are right back down to barely halfway through level 2 (firebug right back down to 0 flame dmg), leaving me with nothing to show for the last couple of days playing.

This is becoming ridiculous and if nothing can be done about it i'm going to have to stop playing (and perhaps seek a refund), which is a shame because I enjoy the game.
Without a working system and no support so far however it's just not worth the effort.

Please let me know if anything can/will be done.

Hi there was you logged in at friends at the time? I'm not sure but there are some steam games that doesn't work well without being signed in friends. All I can think of for you, sorry.
