A new mutator idea

As the title says i have a new mutator idea. The purpose of this idea is to prevent spraying.
This is how the mutator would look like:
-Every weapon can only be sold once, even if someone else (in the game) buys it, you can't buy it anymore.
-There are no ammo boxes or weapons lying on the ground.
(-Zed ammount is increased.)
This will make that when you're out of ammo, you have to rely on your team.

ps: If this has been suggested before of even made before i'm sorry
