Killing Floor 2.5 Rollback [Version 2] Brought to you by: =213=Slavek, YoYoBatty & the IS2, Greatest tank of WWII! ![]() Now on Slavek's Testing Server: 205.234.153.2:7707 Available on vote menu gametypes. Summary: This set of mutators replaces Killing Floor specimens and weapons with their old version 2.51 Mod counterparts. One mutator replaces weapons while the other replaces specimens allowing server admins to decide if they want a partial or full gameplay switch. Every thing is replaced. Specimens for the most part have their original mod sounds and default properties. Weapons that are replaced have their original values as well. For those of you who have not played Killing Floor when it was a Unreal Tournament 2004 mod, here are a list of major gameplay changes regarding weapons and specimens.

There is a mutator that replaces all specimens with the old ones already.

Question: Does anyone have a link for file I can have for Black Cheetah's 2.51 Specimen mod? I found the thread but unfortunately the links are dead. Any leads would be appreciated.

Bump, Not dead. Adding sounds to weapons, may just release weapons as a seperate pack. If I can't find BlackCheetah's 2.5 specimen mod then I'll have to convert them myself.

Version 2 Has been released. Download link has been replaced on first post.
I don't think I can fix the bodies disappearing occasionally. I think it has something to do with the ragdoll properties which I have very little experience with. I might fix it in the future when I know how. Update fixes: Retail patriarch spawning. Medic "ammo" now displays. Welder "ammo" now displays. Welder now plays a fire animation. L85 (Bullpup) Reload sound fixed. Other small tweaks.

Hey, everytime I pickup a weapon while playing with these mutators on solo, I get the retail KF models.
Any idea how I can setup so I when I pickup a weapon it is a KF 2.51 weapon? (The weapon's I say im picking up are the ones that are found on YoYoBatty's KF SinglePlayer Beta map) |

I am currently working on a fix for the mod atm. I will be polishing out everything that was wrong from the old version and I will be fixing all the reported bugs and complaints previously mentioned before.

Version 3(C) is now available for testing on my server. Please report any bugs found here. If any maps/downloads are slow, post about them here or send me a message on steam and I'll get it fixed.

Mod is cool but I was wondering if it is possible to only release a mini mod of the old monsters as an ADDON to the newer KF? So we can have both old and new specimens?
