Default Need more weapons

Weapon ideas

Commando:

Commando desperately needs some advantage in this game! I feel as if he is the weakest balance of experience to advantage in the game.

He needs a LMG.
Some suggestions:

M249
and/or a current m60 variant. With limited box magazines.

M14 socom with red dot, a shorter version of the m14 for sharpshooters class. But with full auto capable.

Firebug

The Fire bug has so little appeal for weapons.

Here are some of my ideas:
Some type of laser canon, long range, consistent.
Plasma rifle, short bursts of stronger energy. medium range, medium accuracy.

Medic

Medic guns ought to include a MP5A4

Sharpshooters:

M14 needs to be weakened a tad.
A bolt action .50 cal should be extremely power full but with limited ammo and holds only one round at a time.

Different armor types.
Helmets
bio suits
ear plugs
flak jackets (stronger than normal armor but weighs more)

More game types:

Race/chase/extraction

Players to make it to point A to B. As specimens chase players through the stage. Specimens get harder, faster along the way.

Defend

Players must defend a specific spot on the map for a specified amount time.

Escort

Players escort VIP/cargo from point A to B safely.

More specimens/ enemies

We need something BIG I mean look up BIG.
flying specimens
Cyborg specimen?

Mist beast, a similar idea to the "reaper" but has smoke cloud around it

Default Lmg

instead of commando getting LMG, why not create an LMG class?
Pros
Medium firepower
lotta ammo
just plain badass
cons
long reload
very hefty, like a trashbag (xD) very, very heavy
inacurate
thoughts anyone?

I would say what would be quite nice to have is multiple variations of the same weapon "type" (since all of the current weapons fill a particular role) - ie:
AK alternative - G3
Crossbow alternative - bolt action rifle (K98, Mosin Nagant, etc)
Machete alternative - Hammer
Katana alternative - Broadsword
LAW alternative - RPG7

etc

Also, about the implementation of (light) machine guns:
they would have to be really hindered in some way. ie: small magazine capacity + small amount of magazines, limit per team (eg: no more than two)
Example:
Bren, 30rnd magazine, 5x magazines max, high(ish) ammunition cost due to rarity of ammunition type.

LMGs /could/ fit quite nicely into this game, but serious balancing measures would need to be undertaken.

I see LMGS being something that people just go up close to Fleshpounds with and hold down the attack button.

Huge amounts of recoil (ie: more than 5 shots, and youre staring at the ceiling) when not stationary/"mounted" would address this.

The scar does that, but infront of a scrake while pushing down on the mouse would still be what I said.

I could see them OK if you HAD to aim to fire, like the LAW, I could live with that.
But if your not crouched they have the recoil of a Non-Commando firing the SCAR full auto.

I was thinking more like thing a 100-200 round box mag 3 or 4 mags. Ammo cost shouldn't be any more than usual (i.e. L85 and m249 use the .223 rounds) so why would it cost more?.

As for balancing measures, the M14 is enough for me to stay away from servers with more than 2 sharpshooters. It makes the game too easy.

Why not create more creatures. Some more resistant to some weapons.
