Berserker lvl 5 bug
Lvl 5 states that the player spawns with a chainsaw... however, sometimes on initial spawn for a server, no chainsaw is added. Sometimes it does, sometimes not.
Also, I do not know if the lack of speed boost is intentional for chainsaw or not. I can run like my pants are on fire with a knife or axe. Chainsaw, no. Though my pants are often on fire due to pyros without regard for teammates.

Some servers don't have perks enabled, which may be why.
Unless you're referring to a server that HAS perks enabled and you still aren't getting your chainsaw.

Nope, this is on perks enabled servers.
To be specific, it occurs when logging into a multiplayer game that has already begun. Even with the perk, you spawn with starting gear. I found that, if you begin at the same time as the other players, you start with the perk gear. As the perk states, "Spawn with a Chainsaw", this is a bug, due to the discrepancy between starting with the game and starting late in the game.
