launch-error, pls help

Hello!, I have change ingame configuration for monitor to use software (before I use 3d setting-I think it was) and now I cant start the game from Steam, it say something about "runtime error", I dont understand why I change this in the first time!?,
Can anyone help me with this?

Close Steam, delete the RO system file, Steam/steamapps/common/RO/system...
Start Steam and validate your RO local cache file with the Steam tool provided.

You will have to reset your preferences.

DO NOT TOUCH the software render option.
D3D or DX9 depending on your graphics card.
