STOP WASTING TIME AND GET THIS GAME, ITS SO ****ING AWESOME!!!

Quick description:

The game is a 3d FPS-style game, but its really like a cross between Half-life2, the BEST of the old lucas arts adventure games, like indiana Jones etc, combined with the scariest, best moments of the TV series "Lost" or something, I almost pissed my pants just from the demo, it reeks with atmosphere, great puzzles and superb interaction, its in a way, everything I've ever wanted in a singleplayer game. It really is that awesome.

I played the demo a while back and it was pretty good, the motion blur is really well done and it creates a nice atmosphere too. But the combat is pretty ropey and the enemy models are a bit of a joke.

Hopefully they will fix the combat.

Wasn't the original game free to download? Can't remember it to well but I remember being impressed and more scared of the TNT than the enemies

It was free, but I don't know why they would be selling it now. It was somewhat innovative, but I don't know, I found the environments to be pretty bland and the gameplay frustrating. Just my opinion, they've probably improved since then.

Seems pretty good to me. Just don't try to play it like a normal FPS game. Its a stealth game (don't try to kill the monsters..sneak past them) with decent puzzles (for an FPS) and spooky atmosphere. Don't know why its got poor reviews..possibly because its not a pick up and play type game like most of the others released nowadays. Only played about 4-5 hours but liked it so far.

I'm surprised the requirements for the demo are so low, the graphics in the vid looked pretty upscale.
