Default Create Texture failed error

Tried to reinstall my graphic drivers,even tried a new one,deleted Texture Folder and downloaded it from Steam again.Still no sucess.

It often happens after map switching,i get to the point to select my class,then when i should spawn into the level the game crashes to desktop.

Command "Defragment cache files"(STEAM) seems to help as i can play a complete map , 3 rounds then the game is crashing again in the next map.

After validating game files and using defragmant cache files to at least play a bit i get this error:
