Any idea when its going to come out? Seems like they've been working on it for ages.

Heck yeah! If it wasn't for this mod I'd throw Bf2 in the trash.

The only problem I have with FH2 - and this is just impressions of someone who hasn't really been following it - is that it seems like they keep adding content without actually releasing it. They've got over two dozen maps and every variant of the Panzer IV ever created , but no actual game out. I would have preferred they get the game mechanics done, then focus on each theater at a time, so they could get something out to the public faster. For example, first release would be West Front '44-'45 (with just latewar US, GB and German equipment), then proceed to Africa Front '40-'42, Italy '42-'45, East Front, Pacific, etc.

Now, if the long development time has been for actual coding and conversion reasons, then thats a whole other story.
