INI file woes cause crash

This is weird my computer crashed just before the patch, I was finally able to get it back up this weekend yesterday I reinstalled RO. I updated and verified and I reinstalled the SDK. By default RO does not create Redorchestra.ini or user.ini till you play it the first time. Luckily I had saved my InI files from before the crash so I just put those into the directory and started up everything works till I spawn on ARAD then it CTDs giving the error of

Now if I take the INI files out and let RO create them everything works fine. So what is causing this error? I dont want to have to tweak a whole new set of INIs. Furthermore how did people who didnt have to reinstall get their ini files accepted?

the error is most likely in the red orchestra.ini file
the user.ini file you can use without risk (which holds mostly just your keyboard settings)
so only 1 file to tweak.
finding out what setting is the problem isn't all that eazy specialy not from this limited error log.

I ended up having to put it in beyond compare and moving over the settings I wanted from my old to the newly created Redorchestra.ini. Seems to work so far. I had used the SDK with the other INI so maybe that was the cause.
