3D & Animation Volkswagen Typ 82 "K

Yesterday I started to build a VW 82 for RO, aiming to 6.000 trigons for external model and 6.000 for internal. In this thread I will post my development progress. On the first two screenshots we have 3.800 trigons so far. Tires have 278 trigons per each, 32 edges on outer rim.

Hi Diablo,

first I want to see how much trigons I will get witch all the details I have in mind. When I have to much after the model has been finished it would be easy to strip down the unimportant things.
BTW: I plan to make the convertible top to be closed because of two reasons:

1. I don't know a VW82 model in any game with closed top and

2. to make the round sight slightly more difficult when sitting inside the car. The major advandage of this car should be its speed. So to balance it the round sight should be difficult.
