I seem to find an effect that looks more like a TV error than the usual suppression fog in my sight when I am shot at. I've seen this before on the forums, but I couldn't find it even with search.
Another thing, I try to turn off precaching in the redorchestra.ini file, but when I save it on notepad, it says it cannot save that file extension and goes to a "save" screen where it wants me to save it as a very vague "text document". Is there something I need to save this file?
