Server too many connetions but no(or little) players (dedicated server)

This is server on windows
there's so many connetions but no players
i've never seen this before running servers over 2years


there's one players but like above that picture, players disappeared. i don't know he or she is epic gamer or steam gamer.

please fix this issue ASAP. i think many epic users may left this games

i don't know. there's 'Remote platform is 127', 'Remote platform is 130' and many other numbers of remote platform(i don't know.)
