Hi all,

I have been doing a fairly detailed scoping of the mod so far and am pretty close to ready to start discussing with you a timeline for mod development.

This will involve setting goals for an alpha release which we can playtest with TWI, a beta release where we will be really spamming the testing with hopefully large numbers of testers (this will mean a big PR push) and the final steam release.

We will be using Jira and also updating our builds from a repository set up by Shep. I will be looking at recruitment needs to hit our goals. In order to discuss all these things we are going to need to have a meeting pretty soon.

I'd say let's do UTC = 22:00. It's PITA for Shep, I know but it's the least crappy for everyone else.
 
Well my parents kicked my front door down and abducted me for a Christmas holiday. Quite literally. They even talked to my work to get me a few more days off for a surprise Christmas holiday. So I'm away till the 31st. I might be able to skype that day as I still got internet access and skype on my phone but won't have access to my computer and files till then.

10pm utc makes it 11am on the following 30th for me. Turns out it's good that I'm on holiday as I would have been at work then.
