The text says something like it saves you 80% of your electricity bill (I didn't translate it by myself).
And if you feel a cribbling in your fingers you bettter visit a doctor. It's so easy even children and your grandparents can use it And if the rod is burnt out you put into a special bag and throw it into the the normal household waste.
Would be interesting to know if it was made before or after Chernobyl
