Small & easy to implement changes to zoom

I know a lot of us have grand ideas of how zoom can be improved/changed, most of which sound awesome (for mods?), but this thread is about small, feasible tweaks TWI would actually consider implementing at this stage in the game's life. The suggestions should be all-out improvements (no one should be bothered by them) instead of overhauls.

I'll go first, but, be sure to add yours!

1) Allow moving at walk speed (= IS movement speed) while using shift zoom.
-> Your zoom is no longer broken by tapping a movement key, allowing careful movement while zoomed. Through a menu option, players can choose to continue using the as-is situation: to start sprinting when they zoom and move, thereby disabling the zoom.

2) When not using IS, shift zoom should not reduce your mouse sensitivity.
-> allows for easier scanning of the environment without having to pickup and drop your mouse all the time. Zoomed IS remains extra precise with lower mouse sensitivity. Again, possible to not use this through a menu option.
