Console sharpshooter Ammo count reload game crash (PS4)

Hello, bin long time since I posted something so this could be posted elsewhere or old.

This bug caused my game to crash, I noticed the ammo count was over with the M14 at the trader pod after I refilled. The ammo count showed 141/140, once the match started (endless, wave 21) I was fine until I emptied my clip and reload activated the game crashed to the PS4 dashboard.

Anyone else have this issue ?

1. What skills did you have equipped as a sharpshooter?
2. Were you able to get 141 ammo on previous waves?

I checked my ammo count at the trador pod every wave and was correct, the skills i have set for sharpshooter are as followed. R,L,L,L,L rank 5 on prestige,
