In two games, one suicidal, the other HOE I had clusters of 5 sirens spawning either right next to each other or in a line. What? Also 5 bloats in two other games of the same types spawning the same way near the end of the wave.

Looks like you managed to run into the full group spawn.
A system added for quite a while now where there's a chance of type of zed to spawn together in a squad.
Most common group spawns are the stalkers
Slightly less common are husks.
Bloats also occasionally spawn in group of 4 to 5.
Siren squad is quite rare, common to see it spawn up to 3 of them together.... but 5 is quite a rarity, at least on sui.
On hoe it happens more often.
