Refund remaining artillery volleys if the coordinates become invalid

There's nothing more frustrating than scoping out some really nice coordinates but only getting one shell to land because your team loses the current point.

Now you have to wait 10 minutes.

Also: think of ways to give the commander more commandery stuff to do.
 
I can see each unused volley giving back a minute perhaps for the timer. But refunding all of the time won't make sense. The guns realistically would have to be moved, positioned, sighted and loaded and ready.

This takes time. Being close to firing but having to re-adjust slightly due to a capture should mean less time to do the re-adjust, I agree, but not a complete reset.

Part of the Commander role is to be aware of captures, attacks, and the situation in general. If a commander calls arty and the zone is lost right away it is partly the commander's fault for not paying attention to the movement of the enemy team, communicating with his own team and using the recon aircraft. Negligence should not be rewarded.
