Server Ranked but not gaining stats (ACL?)

Apologies for making a new thread, but haven't got any traction on this inside the sticky thread above.

Server: ISDG Australia 1 (and 2 and 3)
IP Address: 203.36.24.82 / 32 :7771 :7772 :7773 and :7777
Ranked: Yes

Server(s) are Ranked (Thanks!), and users gain stats in round, but doesn't update the master Tripwire servers. 4 RO2 servers in total on the same IP.

As mentioned in the threads, I believe you guys have an ACL applied/whitelist for player updates from servers. We're in the "ranked server" CIDR List, but looks like the ACL allowing stats to be sent to Tripwire hasn't been updated.

As I couldn't get traction for over a month, I've taken all 4 servers down so end-users don't complain about non-leveling.
