That would require;
-A very good quality mic
-Fluency in both German and Russian
-Several hours of recording every voice command and variations
-Everyone downloading 20-30 MBs of custom audio from every other player upon joining a server
Not quite feasible.
Being able to customize your face would be neat, but is not really required. I personally think a good compromise would be the game shipping with at least 32 faces per nationality.

John. Stop making a new and separate thread for each one of ideas. Just put your new ideas into already existing threads of yours. There is no need to make a new thread for every. Sing. One. Of. Your. Ideas. How many threads have you made in the past 3 days?!?!?!
