PC Perk skills not activating correctly until rejoin/restart

Supplier doesn't activate until you rejoin the server and Ammo activates only when you pick up a weapon. The weapons you're already holding won't get a bonus to their max ammo pool.

This seems to be an issue for people who got to level 5 in the same game.

Same goes with Commando's Large Mags skill. If you select it, then you have to drop your weapons and pick them again to have larger magazines. Theoretically this could be exploitable by setting Large Mags, getting your loadout and then changing skill to Backup. Large Mags will remain while guns are in your inventory.

I said "theoretically" because Backup skill seems bugged as well. Maybe you have to do the same drop/re-pick for knife and 9mm for this skill to be applied, but those guns can't be dropped.

Same for Regeneration on lvl 10 support.

Bumping this to bear witness. Some skill DO take effect (Call Out). Some do not, particularly those that involve maximum health / ammo increase.
