Its clear that some people having problems with FPS. So its probably a good idea to start a Specs and Comments thread.

Mine As Follows:
Windows 7 64 Bit
i7 960 3.2 Ghz
Geforce GTX 570, Standard Clock, Latest WHQL Drivers
12 GB DDR3 RAM
120 GB SSD

Games Settings: Ultra, no Vsync (Hate it)
Experience: Runs like smooth silk (Forgive the simile).

My Resolution is low, 1366 X 768 (16:9). But that's because I use my tv as my computer monitor. Which is in turn hooked up to my PS3 in my office as well.

I also CCleaner, Defrag, and Restore or Reinstall Windows 7 regularly.

1055t @ 4gh
gtx 460 (oc'd but not sure of clocks right now)
corsair 4 gb ddr3 ram

the game is great, runs smooth even at 45 fps.
i do believe ro2 could be better in terms of performance.

I get around 45 fps on high - ultra settings and i get around avg of 45 fps. seems decent with motion blur visually, but i prefer 60 fps haha.

Since i like my 60 fps, i play on med settings with high fxaa, no ambient occlusion, and no bloom. i have fps smoothing on so my fps stays locked at 66 fps and drops to 50's in big landscapes.

Other than performance issues, the gameplay is solid!
