Pacific themed asset, I am guessing? Looks pretty good! :) You may want to separate the mesh into smaller pieces (such as the chairs and awnings) so that the mappers have more choice in how they want to use your asset. It will also probably make the collisions more simple.

Looks really nice! I think I should start getting back and learning how to make better models in 3ds max :)
