My items wont load

Everytime I launch the game my items wont load in and the store is always empty, very aggravating for someone who's paid real money for in game content

What game is this and for what platform? I'm hazarding a guess you are in the wrong section of the forums with your post here and would like to move it to the right one or direct you to useful information.
