PC My items are gone in my Inventory after purchasing from the store. (EGL)

Hi, recently I bought Perilous Plunder Weapon Bundle in KF2. I am using Epic Games Launcher. I wanted to use the Glock 18 for my Gunslinger. After purchasing I equipped my stuff took a break from KF2 (I didn't play after buying). A few hours later I launched my game. The items in my inventory are gone. Even the store is gone I don't know why. I did restarts and verified my game. Nothing happened. I restarted my PC, I deleted the cache and logs in KF2 Folder. Nothing happened. I don't know why and I'm running out of ideas. I feel like the EGL cloud cache is causing this issue but I don't know where and how to delete EGL cache. I can't even refund my skins cuz this sh*t launcher won't let me.

EDIT: there was a post similar to mine but unfortunately he uses steam.

This can happen when there is a connection issue. Please make sure that these are added to any security exceptions.

I had no connection issues when i bought it. Why would it be like that when the purchase was made. I had the receipt and everything.
