Hello,
Assuming you want to run your RS2 server with all three current skirmish maps based on a map cycle with 2 rounds on each map (disabled map voting feature), server will remain on the startup map forever.
Enabling map voting displays all available maps of the active cycle, however it forces a vote to load a new map.
I doubt this is an intentional behavior?
