Your ideas are quite interesting but I think they could be done a little better. First thing first , if you could make the pictures at a higher resolution, this would look better! Then,I think you should toy a bit more with some effects... To make them look improved and add some atmosphere to the picture!
But I really like the "glowing husk in the dark" ,the "sepia/leica" Cthulu stone and the last picture with the husk in the city... I think the husk is one of the best designed zed and using his glowing flesh as a contrast is great. And the Cthulu stone almost look like some ancient map or some pyramid art !
