Level Design is there anyone who suffered my case?

During the combining mesh part, I used brush tool to make mesh collision. It seemed fine until I found my every attack got blocked by something in test play.

I hardly found out that BSP box(white-blue checked box) covered my whole map. I tried to subtract blocking BSP several times but when I increase brush box size to cover them all, it gets CTD every time.

What should I do :( I can't go any further from here. If you have a story similar to this, please share with me.

Wow, you really solved my problem like nothing has happened. I was hitting my head for 2 weeks to find solution and yet never got even closer. It keeps me imaging you like ancient designer. :0

Mind if I ask further things? Troubling collision always popped after combining meshes and it gets placed in completely random spot with random size and shape. Why BSP box terrors my map all of a sudden?

Im not sure what the issue is here, if its collision with merged meshes, you usually have to redo them after merging. Seanchaoz made a good video detailing the basic steps here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bO32vB1yLC0 (if you havent seen it already). The brush creation and intersection method is okay but can be buggy. Its usually faster to just extrude the shape of the collision from the brush in one go as you go so you dont have left over BSPs after intersection and subtraction.
