Increase VOIP Audio Volume. I have the music and Effects down to .02 and I can barely hear anyone on the ingame VOIP. either an increased volume in or a Volume Out option to boost VOIP.

This must be an issue with other people's mics, because I have never had a problem hearing others and I have the in-game music and sfx at default.

There is an option to lower game volume during VOIP. It's in the audio settings, give that ago.

Ive found said option and have had it selected for some time.
EAX seems to dampen the volume too. but im not the only one who is experiencing the quietness of the VOIP.

Never had a problem with the sound of the in game VOIP myself... although me and my mates just use skype. Saves using push to talk while you beating on Zeds faces

I mean, Push to talk is good since ppl just hear what u want then to hear, and skype makes ppl hear ALL even unwanted stuff :troll:

Seriously, I am 18 and my mom keeps on callin me stupid names and being like "Why u sit only with ur underwear on?" while I am playing with friends. Last time it happened I decided to use push-to-talk...

Personally if my mom came in and asked "Why nare you sitting there with only your pants on?" I'd probably reply "Because if I suddenly decide to go and look at porn I don't want to have to undo a belt first, do you mind?"

Push to talk is great. Background TV's, Computer fans add BG noise, and the clicking of a KB and mouse over Voice is annoying, and so is the breathing of heavy nerds, and the odd cough, and the crunch of chips and other snacks, or even the BG conversations when you have to explain the game to someone and it distracts the team, and the music multiple people play overlapping and meshing making an excruciating mix of Pop, electronic, Dance, and techno smashing into the ears of the unexpected team mate in a menagerie of audio vomit.
Push to talk is a god send. and the reason SKYPE doesnt have it is cuz SKYPE is a more traditional Telephony type application, unlike a Radio communications setup like most other Gaming centric VOIP applications.
