You'll have to export from Blender as an FBX file - it will contain the 3D mesh (model) and all texture maps you have applied to your mesh, and any animation as well. From there you can import the FBX file into the SDK Content Browser.
As for how... I don't know Blender so I can't help you much there, and a quick Google search doesn't render any good clear results, so you'll have to do some searching around for more details.
