Many of you might find it a bit infuriating to be in a hurry to weld a door and end up with the syringe in your hand because of either pressing "5" key too many times or keyboard not registering it properly.
Fear not, my partner found a way to remedy this problem and bind them into separate keys. It is very easy.
Go to your \Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System directory and open up the user.ini-file with notepad (you may need to set the folder view to show hidden/system files and folders).
When you have located and opened the file, scroll down a bit and replace the lines:
with the following:
This will replace the "5" key welder/syringe toggle with syringe and bind "6" to the welder. I believe this will help, especially the support specialists and field medics out there.
