This is on Quest.
I'm running around, making lots of noise, sometimes just standing in front of them. They don't hear me and generally don't even see me. You can shoot into the room, hit them, shoot them directly, seems like it hardly matters. Except the first guy on the stairs at 0:24, who always seems to know something is up, even though I hadn't made any noise he should hear.
