Horizontal+ for widescreen monitors.

By default the UE3 engine cuts off the top and bottom of the image for widescreen monitors commonly called vertical-. It would be nice if horizontal+ could be an option as well (aka wider monitors are able to see at a wider fov).

Especially since I'm going to be a multimonitor user pretty soon :p
