Help required with game being unable to lauch

So I have been playing Rising Storm 2 : Vietnam for a few hours but i have been unable to play the game for quite a bit of time without uninstalling it and reinstalling it back. here is what it says : Invalid game executable : D:/Jeux\steamapps\common\Rising Storm 2\Binaries\Win64\VNGames.exe

What do I have to do in order to be ale to play the game ?
