I just recently purchased the pack for 15$ but the weapons promised wasnt showing up in the trader even if i restarted the console over and over again.... for now Im just here thinking i got scammed

I had this occur with the Mrs. Encourage character when I got her. You can submit bolster passes to tripwire on their site however it might wind up showing up all alone. What evidently happens is everytime you sign on to the game it checks your paid for things and on the off chance that you either have a terrible association or it can't arrive at the worker then it won't show your paid dlc in game.
