Game thinks left button is constantly pressed

I bought The Ball as part of the Potato Sack deal on Steam, and I'm displeased it's one of the two games that doesn't work (the other being Killing Floor).

My specific problems with The Ball is as follows:
The game constantly spins left, moves sliders as if the left keyboard button is down, etc.

I'm running Windows 7 x64, on a Radeon HD 5870 (Catalyst 11.3). I have 6 GB of RAM, and a Core i7 Bloomfield 920.
Input device wise, I have the Dynex keyboard I am currently typing on, and a Saitek RAT5 gaming mouse.

Any assistance would be nice.

Do you have a joystick attached that is leaning left?

No. The only Joystick like device I have is a Thrustmaster game pad which is not plugged in currently.
