Console Game Crash while discovering landmark. Remains undiscoverable.

Hello Maneater Team!,

My game crashed while discovering the landmark (while breaking the sign) just west of The Grotto in Prosperity Sands. Upon re-entering the game the yellow sign to discover the landmark is broken though the landmark is labeled as undiscovered. This makes the landmark undiscoverable and not able to unlock the Shadow Tail reward. This was on a PS4.

My PS4 did the same when I was about to discover a landmark or nutrient box. I can't remember which but I don't remember what location I was in when it happened.
