    Reproducibility: Always.

Summary: Going below 50% friendly hud scale, names sink below the armor bar.

As stated in summary, going below 50% sinks player names below their armor bar.... which makes it near impossible to identify on who's asking what by their name on top of their head in a pinch.

This is my UI at around 33-35% scale

This is my friend's POV on a 3440x1440 monitor at: 50%-40%-30% of the slider

    bump.
Also, can the healthbars stop going to the center of a player model when you're at long enough distance?
Blocks the view in-front of you, so you can barely see if the zed is in-front of you or not.

Honestly the only healthbar that still behaves properly, is in Versus, when you play as a zed and you look at the survivor player.
