So far I can tell No Hand emote with gunslinger and sharpshooter weapons is broken. But I have seen same thing with other emotes from other people I'm pretty sure. I'm not willing to go through all weapons as said and I only have two emotes anyway, but if QA takes time for it, it would not take long to start testing with the info I already provided.
Use emote from crate #2 (No Hand), test dual pistols, extend tests with sharpshooter weapons, extend tests to random perk weapon. If you confirm the broken emote then it may be easy to find the root of why it is broken then apply a fix for it, you maybe do not need the fully detailed extended list of emote/perk/weapons/character combo.
I'm just saying that because I remember TWI taking three or four months, for a problem with 'poor' info like in this thread, problem that the guy who made the mistake at TWI would have seen in the code just by having a two minutes look at it (what I eventually did, and found the reason of the problem, when we were spawning with 0 dosh on wave three on Normal game mode, this exactly

That would maybe speed up the process of fixing it instead of waiting three or four month that people give you the exact full answer.
