Excuse my ranting, but I dislike parents coming on here asking for cencorship of bodyparts on the specimens.

Theres no problem being concerned with your children's innocence, but the fact remains is they shouldent be playing or watching KF in any fashion, concidering the nature of what it all is.

What does the community think about this?

(PS I agree with removing the dong, lol who wants to see a high res pen0r on a game?)

Maybe I missed something, but I never really noticed people coming here asking to censor things (which I'm assuming you're referring to the Siren's boobs?).

It was probably just a design decision by the devs themselves and not them caving to pressure.

Though it's a little strange that you are against censorship but for removing the wang-dongs.

Edit: I am of the opinion that it doesn't really add or take away anything from the game having/not having nudity. Keeping it in as a selling point is pretty dumb (case in point: Age of Conan. The Nudity tag and ability to be topless brought drew in the most immature crowd you could find to an "Mature" rated game). Everyone in the community demanded more nudity, saying it was the "way Conan was supposed to be" (I went and read one of the books and that's just untrue, lol).

The rampant nudity in Godfather II the game is another example of it not adding anything and only harming it. It wasn't artistic or appealing in the least (boob clone strippers, ahoy) and now at work (Gamestop...) I had to mention this to parents buying the games for kids.

Censorship on this game would kill it. Its meant to be a bloody gore bath of body parents and small parts ;). If get rid of the gore and blood bath it puts out you no longer have a game worth while playing.
Secondly, if your kid isn't of the age this game is recommended I don't think you should let him\her play, see or let alone know about it... Honestly these games are meant for a higher adult player not some nerd raging little kid that a fleshpound kicked the crap out of him...

I was going to type another paragraph of my 2 cents (which would have turned into like 50 cents...), but I think everyone gets the point.

Little nerd raging kids that their parents don't give a crap what they play SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY THIS GAME. THE END. PERIOD!

Wasn't there a post like a year ago by the devs that said that in the initial version of this game there were more boobs or something like that and those models/skins were redone because of the American market? Does anybody remember? I'd like to have a look at that but the search function of this forum didn't help.
If anyone could point me to it, let me know please!

HAI guyz.

Amidst all the other complaints, we have missed one VITAL component that NEEDS to be censored.

The Flagrant Vulgar Language

These are the remnants of humanity, the last bastion of human nobility and values. Yet they sound like high school adolescents!

"Help me you arseholes" and "Bog off, you bastard" are some of their frequent immature phrases, that impression our minds with low and dirty content.
I feel these phrases should be censored and replaced with more agreeable terms like:
"I'm in need of assistance, chum" and "Oh bother, I'm rather cross now"

Geez. That's the american thing. Decapitation, evisceration, cannibalism and so on = it's ok, we'll give it 14+. A naked boob = AAAARMAGEDDDOOON!!! 21+!!!! MPAA and other such organizations destroyed movie industry already, now it's time for games. Not to mention idiotic censorship required in Germany, Australia, and so on.

I watched Evil Dead 2 as my bedtime story when I was a kid. I've been buying porn magazines when I was in elementary school. And guess what: nothing terrible happened.

I disagree. Something Very terrible happened.

You hide behind the veil of internet anonymity and freely confess to such atrocious acts.
Let's hear you stand in front of a crowd of people and admit to doing those things.

If anything, the result of this behaviour is desensitization. You're immune to gore, violence, and porn because you have made it your own. It is now a part of you. Just as Killing Floor is a part of us; all of its gore, language, and NUDITY.
