PC Can't get rid of duplicates (Epic Games)

I reinstalled this game yesterday and I found these 10 duplicate items in my inventory that I can't recycle. It shows "x2" but there's just no "Recycle" option. Other items seem to work fine though, it's just these 10 I can't get rid of that trigger my OCD.

I've already tried restarting and reinstalling my game and launcher. I don't remember there being duplicates the last time I played KF2 so maybe my cloud save got corrupted or something.

Is there some way to get rid of these duplicates? Thanks.

Ok so one of my friends has these exact same items (but no duplicates) so I think they came with the game and didn't come from crates. My guess is the trigger to get these gifts got triggered twice on my account for some reason. And since they're not from crates, they can't be recycled...

Lots of people have these, i belive. Including me. The only way i can think of is them finally adding delete or recycle button.
The same button is required of all these vosh crates that overwhelm my inventory.

Really, TWI guys, think of it. You'll save a lot of time to your support team (which doesn't seem to do anything about these) by adding simple "delete" button.

Just to clarify, I think adding a "Delete" button where the "Recycle" button should be would be useful for items that can't be recycled. I just want to delete the duplicates and have 1 of each item remaining.
