Steps to reproduce the C4 kamikaze bug:
1. Plant/Throw C4
2. Detonate
3. Mid detonation animation, cancel it by switching to another weapon
4. Switch back to C4
5. Trigger animation will play out automatically even if there is no C4 thrown/planted
6. Throw a C4 and it will detonate in your face, causing severe damage or outright kill you. Amount of C4 that will chain detonate is random and can be anywhere between 1-8 C4 bricks.
How to temporarily fix it:
1. When above ghost trigger animation plays out, hit the detonate key again manually to reset it.
2. Now you can throw C4 safely again without committing suicide.
