Any chance of early access via pre order?

1st of all the game looks great, and I still can't wait to get my fins on it.
I understand that at PaxEast the public will have a chance to play it. However I was just wondering if any early access would be made available for your fans on the other side of the ocean, that can't make the voyage across. Oh and will there be another panel this year ?
