Server 3 humans vs 32 bots. How?

I want to rent a server for that.
We are 3 people and want to play alone vs max bots.

What commands do i need.
The Server providers dont answer me.

It should be a ranked server.
Maybe someone can help me

You will have to rent a server with 32 slots.
If it will be ranked depends on the game server provider.
