This is a cheating glitch. In PvP if infected players leave during waves 1-3, then on wave four the german doctor will spawn as if you are playing PvE. If he does spawn on wave 4 then a player joins, that will spawn a player that plays patriarch. The infected player gets a special treat cause he/she will win because they have the german doctor AI helping. i have images but only on my ps4. ill try to post it. please fix it. thank you!
