Laughing at the special edition night vision goggles seems almost silly now . . .
Not seen this posted yet so I thought I'd share.
Just under 10 minute animation by Tomasz Baginski (The Witcher, Fallen Art, Cathedral) showing the 1000 year history of Poland. Very nicely done although a knowledge of the time period helps as some of the dates will be more obvious to some than...
A slightly odd item showed up on a decativated gun website from here in the UK. Seems to have got their lads stumped, and to be honest, I've never seen owt like it either.
Anyone come across something like this before?

Can anyone suggest a good/cheap one? FPS just don't feel right on duel sticks so trying to try down a keyboard/mouse converter but so far only found the XFPS 360 which sells for about
I was lucky enough to get to work for the Bradford Animation and Game festival this year so thought I'd post a quick review/run down for anyone who is interested.
This year was the 14th year for the 4 day festival running from Wednesday to Saturday in the Northern England city of Bradford...
Found these on my webspace left over from when I was part of a WW1 mod.
I know how much of a sod it can be to find decent references so I'm putting these up for grabs.
However: If you do you these for your project, please give a nod to me or/and send us an e-mail to let us know how its going...
Nice little short film I found tonight. Got a kinda post Apoc feel to it (which I'm always a big fan of) and its quite nicely done.
It's fairly gory in places though so be warned like.

Just found my old copy and remember how fun coop was on LANs, so does anyone here still play?
Also, there used to be a patch out which unlocked all levels for coop but i can't find it for the life of me. Anyone remember the name or where I can find it?
For my final year project in uni I'm doing an animation piece set in 1913's Paris. Can't really say too much but it's a bit of a spy story about the Parisian underworld/anarchists & terrorist movements.
Anyway, here's a scene I'm working on, a small cafe/bar. Not textured or anywhere near...
But how does it actually fire? Sorry for the random question but it's been bugging me for ages and I cant see to find a straight answer anywhere.
I'm assuming thats the trigger? If so how the hell does that work lol Do you pull it up or does it come out or something. If anyone knows...
Wee facial animation project for uni. Due in Thursday so any C&C is more than welcome (hope it's ok to post this here?)

Animation contains a little swearing, so possibly NSFW.
Mate of mine recently went to see this and said it was pretty good. To be honest, i'd never heard of it. Apparently it's a war/spy film set in the final days of the war/early days of the cold war.
Any of you guys seen it and can shed some more light on it?
