I just stumbled upon the very same problems. Found out that the KFWeb.ini-file was set back to its default settings after the update. You have to manually edit a line in the file. Under section [IpDrv.WebServer] Change "bEnabled=false" --> "bEnabled=true"

Please define "all files".. Not too tempted removing all configs and what not... : /

This was patched and no longer works. Nowadays, one medic grenade counts as one tick. HOWEVER, you can leave the gas cloud and enter it again for a second tick.

My wife is having the exact same issues as you, having to do a hard reset every once in a while. She's running an AMD FX8350 with a 660Ti, latest and second latest drivers tried - both with the same issues. She hasn't tried solo play though, so all we know is that this has been hitting her PC...
