I have and I believe it was lack of space on the server. The updates say they are 1 or 2 GB but steam wants much more to update. I usually just go in and delete a few stock maps which makes room then they get reinstalled by the update. Kinda silly really

Wibtown I just bought a new laptop and I am having same issue on all graphics settings. This occurs in game and even in SDK as well. Did you ever resolve this issue? Specs: CPU: i7 7700HQ GPU: GTX1060 6GB 16 GB RAM
